I have been doing buisness with Olathe Suzuki for over 10years! The guys there are some of the best I have dealt with. I have been to over 25+ dealerships. I have owned many different brands of motorcycles. Suzuki's, Yamaha's and at one time a Kawasaki. I am not saying that I am a expert, but I find ... that if you treat people with respect and a little understanding. You will get better customer service and a over all more enjoyable experience.

I took in an atv to Olathe Suzuki (mistake 1) on June 26,2014 and went to pick up the atv after being told it was ready. I paid the bill and took the atv to my truck and went to start the atv and it started but would not pull itself. I took it back to the service area and the so called mechanic ... started it and could not get it to pull itself tried to adjust the carb and decided to give up and tell me he would have to keep it for the weekend and try to fix it on Tuesday when they open again. He intially called and told me the no start was due to the brakes and cable being bad and I toldhim to fix it (mistake 2). Told me it would run like a top after that. I get a call a week later telling me the chain and sprockets are bad, I tell him go ahead and fix it (mistake 3), he tells me it will run like a top after this. I get another call a week later telling me the rear bearings are bad. I tell him he doesn't know what he is doing and to put it all together and I will take it home to the tune of $375.00. I live 1 hour away from this dealer and will never go back. Will travel further to find the right dealer or learn to fix this myself.
