These guys are just great. As a woman I always have my antennae up for condescension, but these folks were just the opposite. Arthur the salesman was great and made me feel at home, Roman the sales manager was knowledgeable and helpful and really took his time to explain options and get me into ... just the right bike.
The owner stopped in to thank me for my business and gave me a complimentary key fob with a light on it. When I picked up my new CB300F is was washed, had a full tank of gas, and they even installed a battery tender lead.
5 stars across the board!

The staff here is the most knowledgeable and friendly anywhere. Big selection and they went out of their way to make sure I was getting the right thing for what I need. I ended up with an awesome Moto Guzzi.
The owner, Michael, put it together for me himself with a combination of ... rebates and shop incentives to really make it a great deal. Also, he's a really interesting guy to talk to.
The bike was prepped and ready on time, with a full tank of gas and a battery tender installed.
This is a great shop.

This place is no longer Honda Kawasaki KTM of Santa Monica and thank God. It is now Pacific Coast Highway Powersports with all new ownership and all new staff. The prior ownership was terrible and the place was a sad, run down, dumpy little store.
Now, as PCH Powersports, it's a ... completely refurbished facility, clean, bright, easy to navigate, great graphics all around, flat screens, and it just carries an upbeat, friendly vibe.
The selection of brands colors, and options, is huge. I came in for a mid sized sport bike, so I was interested in a Honda 650 or Kawsaki 650. The sales manager, Roman, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything, asked a lot of questions, discussed options, even showed me a couple Moto Guzzi's just as an alternative.
Long story short I ended up with the Kawi, got financed instantly, and grabbed a new Shoei with it. The owner came down to make sure I was happy with everything and to thank me for the business (classy touch). I met the parts manager and the service manager and made an appointment for my first service (which they discounted as part of the purchase).
This is my 4th bike and this is without a doubt the eaiest and most enjoyable shopping and buying experience I've ever had.

This shop gets a zero star rating from me for 1) not having accurate pricing info on a common service 2) not accurately recording the work they do 3) not offering to handle a problem that in all likelihood they created 4) lying about their processes in an attempt to conceal the possibility of their ... liability!
I am surprised as to the number of very positive reviews left on PCH Powersports based on my experience in dealing with their service department. I typically do not write negative reviews on businesses, as I understand that every place has a bad day from time to time, but the number of missteps that I have experienced here has compelled me.
I brought my bike in for a standard 8,000 mile servicing just over a month ago. I was told that it would be about $150.00 and to bring it over and it could be completed that day. When I arrived the gentleman at the service counter and I looked up the bike in the Honda Service manual. We agreed on what the recommended service at 8,000 miles was, and then I was informed that parts would be in addition to the $150.00 estimate. That was fine by me, but I would assume that many people get regular 8,000 mile maintenance and would give the business a good idea of the necessary replacements.
Later that day the bike was finished. The price was higher than I had expected at $215.00. OK, no problem. I received the paperwork and paid. I didn't think to check the paperwork to check if they had outlined what they ACTUALLY did to the bike, as I though I had clear understanding based on my conversation with the service desk attendant. When I leave, I realize that the clutch release point has been adjusted, which I expected.
Just over 30 days and 500 miles later, the clutch cable frays enough such that I can no longer switch gears or put the bike into neutral. After some research, I find that this is not something that happens very often, let alone at 10k miles. I call the shop and this is where I was really rubbed the wrong way about how PCH Powersports does business.
The manager Steve first apologized, as he said things can be missed from time to time, which is true. He then told me that he didn't have a record of what exactly they did to the bike. This is not very professional, but I take partial responsibility for not making sure that it was outlined on my receipt. I then explained that I bought this bike from a dealership new, and the clutch cable does not often break at 10,000 miles from the factory. I proposed that it might be possible that when they adjusted the clutch cable and lubricated it (both things outlined in Honda's Service Manual at 8,000 miles) that it was put back into the lever in such a way that there was friction taking place which wore down the cable over the following month. To this I was told that "they don't remove the cable from the lever to lubricate and adjust it", instead "they put the straw up to the opening in the casing and just spray it in". Therefore, based on the fact that it was not their fault, and the service was over 30 days old, that they would get me a discounted clutch cable and discount my service charge. I was not satisfied.
I'm not an expert, but I thought someone might be able to let me know about how clutch cables were adjusted and lubricated. There was not one shop in the Greater LA area that told me that they do not remove the cable from the leaver to lubricate it. Beware of this place!

I had a great experience at PCH buying my new Vespa. They took time to really understand what I wanted, how I was going to us it, etc. They had more questions for me than I had for them. It was clear that they were genuinely interested in doing what was best for me. They helped me choose the right ... model and power, then matched up the perfect color and style combination.
I met the parts manager who is a gem and he fitted me with a helmet and jacket, and the owner took the trouble to talk with me and thank me for my business. This is a place that takes the intimidation out of selecting a vehicle and everyone there is really nice.

Awesome place! Great people, huge selection. they have everything and they are super cool. I just moved here from New Hampshire where you can only ride 7 or 8 months out of the year, and this is paradise!
I got a major service done at PCH after my bike got shipped and they did a ... very professional job, great communucation and everything done right for a really good price. I'll be back, I've got my eye on a Moto Guzzi.

I could not have had a better experience buying my new Moto Guzzi. These guys are passionate about bikes and are incredibly helpful. The showroom is warm and welcoming, I was greeted promptly but not pressured, I looked at all the great new bikes over every manufacturer (they have a wide selection) ... even though I knew I wanted a V7.
Met the parts manager, met the service manager, the owner even came down to thank me for the business, classy move. Fast, easy, grabbed a jacket and helmet while the bike was being prepped and I was out the door with my bad ass Guzzi!
Well done.

This store is now Pacific Coast Highway Powersports with a new owner, a complete remodel, and a completely new staff, and they are excellent!. I bought my bike here after working through a large selection of choices and I got a fair deal.
I've done my 600 mile service and it was fast, ... on time, and under the estimate. This is a shop where personal service is everything, very old school way of taking care of their customers.
Great place.

A great place to have as my local dealership. Always well stocked with parts and accessories and a friendly staff that keeps me smiling. I have bought 3 motorcycles there and am very satisfied.
