Bought a king quad off of them and they know nothing at all. Need get it serviced so I called to schedule an appointment and they employees do not know if I can bring it in or if I have to drop it off. The prices are over priced since they are the only dealer with in 100 miles. Their customer service ... is horrible and as I mentioned earlier they do not know anything to include hours of the service department.

Purchased a Schwinn Scooter from them and they are very rude about getting it services with them even though they charged quite a bit to work on it and it took 2 weeks. The boss does not like scooters because it is hard work on them and find parts. Shouldn't sell something they do not support.
