brought my Honda in for a plow and tune up.....excellent job and very quick awesome service.

Took in my old Honda 250 to have them put on new tires, new sprocket, chain, and tighten up the linking and brakes. Got it done righ when they said they would. Charged me a few bucks LESS than quoted (because a part came in less) and gave me great advice. Thanks Guys! You rock!

Took my bike in because it was backfiring. They quoted me a price for it to be jetted which they said was the problem. After two weeks, they never got a hold of me to tell me it was ready. I called them. Picked it up after being charged almost double what they quoted. Stated it up, took off, still ... backfiring. Took it back, they said there was a bolt missing and that was causing the backfiring. So they charged me for jetting which apparently it didn't need, adjusted how the carb was mounted,(was charged for that) and they took off my fuel filter for no apparent reason. All for a missing bolt. They are the worst. Oh, they also charged me 45 bucks for an oil change. Can't even express my frustration. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason

This is great place to purchase a machine and for basic routine maintenance. If you are in need of serious diagnostics, technical expertise or serious repairs, do yourself a favor, take your machine elsewhere. I took a machine in that wouldnt idle and smelled hot. They changed the plugs and oil ... and declared it remedied, even after noting water in the oil.. It still would not idle and smelled hot. Less than two miles later the head gasket blew. Nearly $900 and three weeks later with a new cam, cam bearing, gaskets and seals they deckare it remedied. It is still in the back of the truck. I am afraid to start it and unload it. It is now for sale.

Called to speak with service so I could order parts. Service had no knowledgeable personnel that would speak with me. Parts Dept was unable to answer the question. I was told not to come back for three days. Unfortunately I went to another dealer to get the service and parts required.
