I bought a 2017 Kymco 700I UXV in February of 2019, the Side by Side is 2 years old, it was still on the showroom floor. The sales manager told me since it is two years old that the factory had a 4 year warranty.The first of June of 2019 the Kymco 700I would make hard mechanical hammer noises, found ... the problem to be the mounting bolts to the Rear End Differential,the holes were egg shaped. Every time I would accelerate, decelerate, or brake the Rear End Differential, would move about a 3/8 of an inch. Called Power Sports of Pleasant Grove and told me to bring it in. Took an hour to get there and talked to the Sales manger the same person that sold the machine to me, Had the mechanic look at it and tighten, mounting bolts. The sales manager took my information down and would contact the factory and see if it is under warranty. I have asked several time to show me proof of the 4 year warranty, every time they would act funny about it. When I got home I took the machine around the block and it would make the same noise, the temporary fix did not work. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not been contacted by the dealer. I have called and the same sales person told me it takes a while. Power Sports will not fix the machine or contact me. I would not do business with this dealer. as for the Kymco 700i I would buy a name brand. The machine makes alot of engine and transmission noise. I had to pay for repairs,

In my family we are powersports enthusiasts. Whether on snowmobiles, quads, dirt bikes or our beloved personal watercraft, we ride regularly. I feel prompted to write this review to give Powerhouse Motorsports major props. This shop is absolutely fantastic. I just had another fabulous recent ... experience. I have owned many different brands of machines over the years. Arctic cat, Ski Doo, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Sea Doo presently. I have been a customer of Powerhouse since I first came to Utah 20 years ago and they have always been great to work with. Whatever I have needed - service, repair, or performance modifications - this shop has always treated me professionally, and done good work at a reasonable price. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. These guys are great ! I highly recommend this shop for your Motorsports needs.

Awful experience. The guy there I'm assuming the owner or manager is a complete Jerk. We walked around the lot looking to buy a side by side they had for sale and not one person acknowledged we were there. We finally had to walk in and ask if we could test drive it. At that point we were just handed ... the keys. We drive it, liked it and wanted to purchase the machine we had cash in hand. We asked if they would do a package price for a trailer and the side by side. This guy like a pompous ass snapped back at us and in the most condescending tone said "NOPE our stuff is priced to sell" he wouldn't even make eye contact with us when he spoke to us. Treated us like second class citizens. Horrible experience. He claims that most people find his way of business "refreshing" wow I personally have never felt like being treated like a second rate citizen was refreshing. I will never go here again and will make sure everyone I know knows they will be treated like absolute garbage if they choose to go here. Newsflash buddy, your not the only atv/utv dealer in utah.

I have had great service here and have always been treated well. I will go to them from now for my scooter needs.

These guys are total jerks. Horrible customer service. When I mentioned that I was unhappy with their response to my needs the guy snapped back by saying that he could make that happen - insinuating that he would purposely do a lousy job on my repair service.

Will definitely not ... give these guys my business. I will travel to Salt Lake to get professional service than deal with these losers.

I've been doing business with these guys for 10-15 years. They have always treated me right, and are very competent with what they sell and repair. I highly recommend them.

I have been three twice and will return. Great place.
