Lake City is a joke they're rude and if something breaks down they don't want to cover it under warranty. I've bought from R&D multiple times always had good results nice people great to deal with.

You ride anything but their product don't bother. They are average and lake city honda over in Warsaw is way better customer support wise. The staff is young and make me feel out of place. Idk what their doing but they are definitely not doing something right.

I have been here and they know nothing about their products except a little about what you read in the manufacturers books. The staff is rude and have no interest in actually helping. There are much better dealerships out there than this, it is a joke.

I just moved here from Texas and call R & D to see if they could service my Can-am Spyder. They acted like they had no interest at all since I didn't buy from them. The guy who answered the phone passed me to another guy who said he was the service manager and was rude. So I call another dealer ... 45 mins away and got right in. I live 10 mins from them to bad for them.

Just wanted to say the guys were top notch. I bought a can am 3 weeks ago and it had a check engine light on. They said they'd take care of it and did everything they promised. I bought from them because they seemed like a stand up crew, and I'm more than impressed. Whether you need sales or ... service everyone their will take care of you.
