R&S Honda Polaris

This pertains to my Honda Lawn Mower.
Bought my Honda mower 3 years ago. The mower was in distress from day one. I should have returned it, to the retailer, however, with dual blades my lawn was the envy of the neighborhood.
The Mower was under warranty and I took in to ... one of the other approved dealers. Long story short, after 2 years of taking the darn thing back and forth it never got fixed. The warranty people agreed that it was time to take it to another dealer.
A trip to Honda R&S did it! "Thank you", Honda Polaris. They fixed it! These guys definitely know what they are doing! In addition, I was treated with respect and I very much appreciate their excellence in customer service. I was most impressed with Bob's friendliness and how quickly he got back to me reporting the issue.
I'm not one that rewards expected good customer service, but, when it exceeds all expectations beyond great, it is warranted. R&S you earned all 5 stars. Thank you again!
