Don't waste your time with this dealer. Trying to purchase jet ski leftover. Wouldn't budge off msrp, charge crazy high freight, high assembly fee, doc fee and super high trailer prices. Made deal with nc dealer in 5 minutes with no fees and a 3 year warranty.

Was in the area on vacation, stopped to purchase a bell and maybe a few shirts.....Walked around the entire dealership without being greeted. The younger looking gentleman near the front was way to busy playing on his cell phone, but made a point to stop what he was doing to stare at my girlfriends ... assets.....Couldn't believe it......I will never go in there again

Went in to look around, the salesman on crutches yelling across the showroom floor. no one at the counters would wait on me, or ask if they could help. Very poor customer service. unbelievable.

Go to the Harley or Victory/Indian dealers...

Went in to look around, there was a younger salesman on crutches walking around yelling across the showroom floor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! couldn't stand being in there....Who does that?? had to leave....Bought a Harley

Overall this dealer has not learned the value of a customer. Go elsewhere.

Went in looking at a used sport bike, because I thought that would be the only thing i could afford. I didnt even think i would get approved for a loan, I dont have the best credit. I ended up getting a new Yamaha FX6RDW(new leftover) I got a good deal and also got approved for my loan. I did need ... a little $$ down but i was OK with that, I was just happy to get approved. Im so happy I went there.

Stopped in just to look around wasnt sure what i wanted other than a Cruiser. Spoke with Chris, he was more than helpful showing me different bikes. Ended up getting a Yamaha Stryker, Great price, Great bike. Financing was a breeze, Vinnie took great care of me and explained all the benefits of Gap ... & Warranty(apparently he had only been working there a few days). Highly recommended. Thank You Redline

Purchased Honda 125 and was told by finance manager interest would be 6.9%. 2weeks later i receive yamaha credit card in the mail and find out bike was purchased on yamaha credit at 23%. Then found out 2 signatures, 1 on terms of disclosure and the other on credit card applications were forgeries. ... Spoke to Eric gm and he didn't seem concerned. Gave everything to yamaha credit and they concluded signatures not to be mine and advised me to return bike. Eric gm after being g notified threaten to sue merenting and raving like a mad man. Didn't seem at concerned about who forged my name. Would never have thought a gm would be so self centerd and belligerent to an honest hardworking customer.advised by yamaha credit dept.to bring along police escort to avoid any escalation with deranged gm. Buyer beware!!!!!!

No motorsports knowledge . Do not care about customers . Poor management and poor parts and service departments . The new owners are no better then the old one , maybe worst ! They just keep replacing managers who don't hire or get people in there that no the industry and like helping customers . ... Such a waste !
