Customer service means nothing to these people. Whatever happened to "if you bought it here, you can get it fixed here"? Purchased a Kawasaki Mule here in 2012. It has been nothing but trouble. A total piece of junk. What makes this worse is these people cannot fix it either for lack of knowledge ... or lack of caring. Trip number one to Rex's....I drop it off, they tell me "we are a little behind and we will get to it ASAP". TWO MONTHS later they call me and tell me its ready. I drive the twenty miles to pick it up, write a check for $1100.00 dollars, take it back home only to discover it still had the same problem it had when I dropped it off. Of course by now I'm beyond ticked off. I take it back. I'm promised they will get on it right away. A MONTH AND A HALF later I finally get it back. It runs for four months and guess what. Same problem again. I take it back to Rex's. they tell me"we aren't backed up like before, we should be able to look at it right away". I wait a month! They call me and say it's ready. I go pick it up,write another check, take it home and guess what. It is still doing what it was doing when I dropped it off. So they have had my Mule thus far a total of 4 and a half months and it is still in their shop. I know some people use their ATVs as a toy. I don't I use it as a tool for farming. I depend on it or at least I used to. If you are considering buying an ATV from these people STOP! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you do buy it there you better hope it never needs service because their service department is the worst i have ever seen. Like I said they either don't know how or just don't care. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This shop is awful high prices and horrible service

Terrible Customer Service, Lack Of Knowledge, Retail pricing, and a Shady service department should be your first few warnings before shopping there.
