Sales people wont give you an out the door price. Make you sit through the whole sales write-up then hit you with the total an hour later. ATV went from $5800 as advertised to $8700 at finish. They seem almost amused at the deception. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Stay away. There ... are honest dealers out there!

Rim i purchased was wroung just found the rim they tried to over price just found it for 50 dollars and thats what the manager told me that before i paid it but when i went to parts whole diffrent story and the wheel is a standard black rim i called them donut rims.

I have had about 4 ... four incidents but i never brought it until this last visit to the manager he acted like he cared but you know those vibes stay away from that place something bad is going to happen to that place fucking with people money and the people who work there dont even relize that

Advertized pricing is deceptive at best. Sales folks were nice but quite evasive when trying to get a total out the door price. Happy to take a deposit (and refund it) but very difficult to get total cost on the ATV. Bait and switch pricing appears to be their common business practice after reading ... other reviews. Will not ever do business with them. Do not under any circumstance think your deal is good until you see it in writing with all the add on costs and fees they use. Bad business practices for sure. Surprized they are still in business!

They always seem to be out of stock of good riding gear. They were just unorganized. The workers were very nice though.

I ordered for my 2001 GSX-R750 - a oil pan drain plug, clutch cable, brake pads, and 2 clutch housing screws. It took over 2 weeks to get my parts and when I was told that they were in when I went in to pick them up I was told that my order wasn't in. That was bad enough but then I did finally get ... my parts the oil pan drain plug wasn't the correct plug and they only ordered 1 of the housing screws. When I told the parts counter associate that I was given the wrong drain plug he told me it was the correct part but the plug he gave me was the oil filler plug which is black plastic and not metal like the oil pan drain plug. By this time I had lost all confidense that he was knowledgable about motorcycle parts and I declined to re-order any parts. I will take my business elsewhere.
