Stopped in on a Saturday to get Polaris coolant for my 2002 Sportsman 400. Staff was not receptive. Sales lady didn't know where coolant was. Asked the other gentleman working. He had started stocking, but wasn't finished. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor just to get the coolant ... I needed. I would prefer to do business elsewhere. Their reputation proceeds them. I wouldn't recommend them & I hope I don't have to go back.

I visited this store to try to buy an inner tube for a motorcycle. I called ahead and gave an obvious standard size in inches, 4.00-18". The parts guy told me it sounds like you're giving me a metric size. I was in town so I stopped by there to explain to him, courteously, what metric size would ... fit it and explain that I gave him a standard size, he then cut me off and said yeah we don't have any. I found the staff very rude and extremely far from knowledgeable on motorcycles and atvs.

Was reassured by salesman used ATV wanting to purchase was clean and in excellent condition. Drove 4 hours to store to purchase ATV. The ATV had dents, scratches and mechanical problems. All staff could say was Sorry!! No one there even attempted things right for driving 8 hours!! Staff did not ... have much knowledge about ATV.
