Team Mancuso Powersports

I was looking to purchase an atv with TMP59 recently and was highly disappointed. I was greeted upon entry and my sales associate was very helpful. The experience went sour once I went into the finance room to discuss the purchase. I immediately was met with hostility and anger. Even so, I started ... to explain that I'm a firefighter paramedic and former military and my reason for purchasing the atv. I also proceeded to discuss a possible amount off as this was my third atv in a year with Mancuso. The finance manager then angrily stated " you aren't getting a penny off!" I then stated " can we make a deal? Maybe lower the freight fee?" He then stated " i'm not helping you!" I then ended the meeting and exited the office. I was highly disappointed with my visit and quite frankly unnerved. I was really hoping to be able to be treated with hospitality especially since I was a returning customer. I would not reccomend anyone buying from this dealer. I hope this helps.
