Poorest customer service I have experience in quite some time.

The sales person was more interested in telling me about how seasoned he was in traveling than asking me what my needs were. He tried to put on an air of superiority and his attitude towards me was confrontational and ... abrasive. He was more interested in the sound of his own voice than listening to what my questions were. He needs to write a book about his travel misadventures rather than representing a motorcycle dealership. I am a novice motorcycle rider and I was obviously asking questions that he felt was beneath his pay grade.

I would not recommend this establishment period.

I will never return, horrible experience. Wanted to get my wife an atv and grab some parts. The price of parts are marked up 30% at least. I could also buy the same atv down at Healy for $3000 less. Brand new, not a used unit. Absolutely no package deals, discounts, or courtesy.
