Took in our ski for service and it sat for 1 1/2+ months before even being seen! Not ONly did they update us with misinformation and lie to us about it being seen on numerous occasions, their slowness caused the warranty on the motor to expire! Tommy's Motorsports knew about the warranty expiration ... date and said since it was in for repair before the expiration date, that it would be covered under warranty. It is NOT covered, costing us around $2000 for a new one with installation!!!!!!!
Tommy himself called us. He said he did not have time to deal with us. He had no remorse for the disservice he brought us WHatsoever! He wouldn't even answer our questions!
The service department at Tommy's Motorsports is the worst I've ever dealt with. Be wise and go anywhere else if you can!
