Upstate Cycle

Love dealing with Upstate Cycle. Almost purchased my machine on/line, but glad i changed my mind and purchased from them. They have an outstanding parts department and a very impressive staff. But what impressed me the most is the fact that the service work is only performed on what they sale. ... That means getting my machine back quicker. And with me depending on this machine, that means quite alot to me! You have my vote Upstate!!

I have purchased goods and services from Upstate Cycle for over 30+ years. All my experiences have been very good. Better Business Burea has rated Upstate Cycle with an A+ rating!! Well done Upstate !!

This place is the most none trustworthy company in the world!!!!! Took my ride in to replace one of the boots on the spark plug. They phoned me, Sir the mechanic said, you also need a starter and that is why it will not start. My ride away starts. Lucky I only live a few miles away. Picked my bike ... up paid the bill and told sale rep this company sucks!!! He said leave and never come back or I'll call the law on you. When getting home noticed the chrome color starter that was on my bike was missing and replaced with used old none working one. So I called them, sales rep answered then called me a liar. So I called the law..

Took my son's bike in to be serviced, the mechanic cut rubber tie down off for front brake and said it was like that. He also sliced the air valve just enough so my son could ride it for a day then tire goes flat. Was told from there mechanic a stick could slice it. The valve was cut with a knife, ... it's a perfect cut. Three days later I looked at the oil myself , should of known it's only half full. No leaks. This place trains there mechanics to destroy your bike so you will have to bring it back day after day, it's the oldest trick in the book. They do it so well that it's very hard to prove in court. Before you take your ride there take pics of it and have people for witnesses when you get it back. I seriously recommend NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE!!!!

I now know why Upstate Cycle has the A+ rating from the Better Business Burea! I can`t get over how busy these guys seem to be when ever i`m in for a visit! They are very professional and take care of me with a smile and have very competitive prices! I`m especially impressed with the shop in that ... they never half way do a job! My friends and i have to drive a little further to get there, but its well worth it!

This place is worse then terrible. Took my bike in there to get oil change only!!! At the time my bike was almost a year old. Mechanic cut rubber tie down strap that holds brake cable to fork and denied it. My bike wouldn't start correctly, when it did was very rough. Mechanic said needs to be look ... at more then just oil change. Note : bike is not a year old yet about 1500 miles. As I walk around my bike just out of the corner of my eye, noticed the valve steam has been cut, not off but just enough to leak very little air. Asked how did that happen? Mechanic stated, maybe you ran over a stick or something? I had my bike picked up and took to friends house, he found bolts that hold carburetor in place are loose. DOES UPSTATE CYCLE DO THIS ONLY TO FEMALES OR ALL?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! My sport bike will never forgive for that...

This dealer SUCKS!!!!! Take your ride apart and say you need a new engine but all is needed is a fuel filter. They do this a lot.. Please save your ride and money, find another place to get it fixed..
