Eichner, Holz, and Rath going strong

Doug Eichner finished third on both his Polaris Outlaw 450 and Ranger RZR S at Round 2 of the WORCS Racing Series in Adelonto, Calif.

Eichner blasted out of the gate taking the holeshot and took third overall in the Pro class on his Outlaw 450. He currently is sitting in fourth in the Pro ATV standings. In the UTV race, Eichner won the UTV 2 class by five minutes and finished third overall. Eichner is the defending UTV champion and this was his first UTV race of the 2009 WORCS season. Mark Holz and his Ranger RZR took first overall in the race and are undefeated in the series.

Rath rode his Sportsman 850 XP with power steering to a third place finish in the 4×4 Open class at the season-opening GNCC Series event in River Ranch, Fla. Teammate Frank Batista finished fourth. The team had some minor setbacks during the race and look to have everything dialed in for the next GNCC race, on March 7-8.
