2010 Arctic Cat 550 H1 EFI TRV 4x4

Excellent. Owned for 3 years now, I was once skeptical especially looking at used bikes, they all have their issues and the Arctic Cat brand had had a shadow cast over it for a while, but buying this bike put all of that to rest for me. This bike works great, I'm not a small dude and it walks through ... anything realistic you could put it through, climbs hills steaper than most would even be comfortable climbing, and things like the independant suspension is something I didn't realize I wanted when looking at other bikes but really enjoy that feature and my passengers do as well. As someone who rathers manual my only complaint is it being automatic and belt drive, which the belt drive really only seems to make the difference if emerged in deep water. Personally believe it to be a good choice maintenance wise, and prices, all in all seems to be a great purchase.

Have had this for 2 years. Love the longer wheel base and low gearing. Great 2 seater.

purchased this unit brand new from the dealer, rove it twice and was fine. wife and i went out a third time, were going up a hill and the atv started making a hissing and then the smell of fuel.......then bang, we both jumped off into the snow to put out the fire on our clothes, then the quad rolled ... down the hill hit a tree and exploded!!!! that was the end of that!!! bye bye $11,000.

i've owned it for 6 months it been back to the dealer twice for power issues on climbing hills. first time they change the belt said it was the problem. then it did it again. they think it is the clutches, but the warranty won't cover it. so their answer is put a new clutch kit in that is aftermarket ... clutch kit at my cost, because their clutches aren't working properly. go figure words of the experts from artic cat.
