  • Reasonable Price for Machine!
By Tony (I am an Owner) on Sep 21, 2015

Over all machine isn't bad, but there are definitely some improvements that Arctic Cat could do on this machine! I bought brand new in April 2013 and one of the main reasons was lower price! But you do get what you pay for!

    1. Air filter is in the dumbest place right front wheel well and it ...

    2. I have had this machine now for just over 2 years and it only has 1300km on it, and ALL my bushings are shot, there's 10 per back wheel and 6 per front wheel! Total of 32 bushings that I have to change! A ton of work and a bad design! The only good part is that these bushing are about $1.50 each so it's not that bad money wise just a lot of work!

    3. Also all my brakes are totally worn out and need to be replaced now at 1300 km!

Over all quad Hasent been too bad for expensive problems but a lot of these things shouldn't be going as soon as they are!

Power is similar to a 500 but in the thick mud and pulling logs I've notice I need that little extra power!

Over all my next quad will be one that's more common This 400 is not a super common quad and theres problems that should be avoidable!

There are so many things I love about my 2013 Arctic Cat 400! First off,the AR suspension is great for any terrain. The automatic transmission is also easy to use and effective. The quad is also very easy to maintain and to add accessories to. The only bad thing I would say is that the airbox cannot ...

  • Great 4x4 Quad
By B. Smith (I am an Owner) on Mar 31, 2014

I like the smaller size and the power is just right. No problems with hills, mud or rocks. Kids love it too. Power comes on in a linear fashion which helps keep it under control. It's size allows you to do things that you wouldn't or couldn't do on the monster ones. Arctic Cat did a good job on this ...
