2006 Cub Cadet 4x4

I bought a used 2006 Cub Cadet and it has been great. I use it for hunting, ice fishing, trail riding and yard work. It works great and I would buy another one. It isn't the fastest, but if runs very well and has never let me down.

I have sunk more money into this POS after we purchased it , then the actual price of the ATV ...

I simply use it as a garden helper to water flowers and such , and I have had to replace tires, tire rods and now a drive shaft ... Not to mention, no one u talk to knows anything about ... what they are selling .

Fed up !! Gonna park it in the woods and watch it burn!!

I purchased my 2006 Volunteer in 2011 with 600hrs. Going into the purchase I knew that it was never going to win many races, I use primarily for hunting and work around my property. Last year when hunting we had a heavy rain come through which made access to our hunting ground also impossible. I ... had my volunteer and a friend had his ranger. I went right through very deep mud and the ranger got stuck. (I had to pull him out) My volunteer has the 20hp Kohler engine and the ranger was a 700. That convinced me the volunteer was the right choice for me.

I bought the Cub Cadet limited on a whim, thought it looked cool and the test ride was impressive. Great at climbing grades. The machine handles high snow without a problem and mud has never been an issue but when it comes to speed, its a real dog. The trade in values are horrific so don,t invest ... if you don't plan to keep it through retirement.

I purchased a 06 cub cadet 4x4 utility 05/07 new.It has been in the shop many times

due to brake failure.four sets of disc brakes,

Three brake kits and so on.It only has 150 hours on it,never has been abused.Friday 07/15 due to brake failure it rolled down a

15 foot bank and ... crashed into the river.

2000 dollars damage.Cub Cadet will not do

anything and I feel they should be held

accountable for this incident and the previous repairs.I have contacted cub in the

past by phone and it has not accomplished

anything. Basically,they told me it was nothing they could do.
