  • Reliability is terrible
By Mary Chetkovich (I am an Owner) on Aug 08, 2021

I bought my 2018 cub Cadet challenger 750 4 x 4 in September 2018. At approximately 200 hours the muffler system failed. This was due to poor design and almost cut my machine on fire. At that time the unit was under warranty and they did replace the exhaust system with a new flexible exhaust. It ...

At 308 hours of operation the unit would crank but failed to start. At this point I was told the engine was unrepairable and my one year warranty for the drivetrain was over. Cub Cadet would not stand behind this equipment and told me it was my problem. This unit has a Hisun 735 cc engine in it which is a complete disaster.

Don't waste a penny on this machine.

Just a final note on Cub Cadet. The wait time when calling he's always 45 minutes to an hour. Then if you are able to get a hold of the correct person they tell you lies. If you do ever contact technical service and reach a person by the name of Travis hangup and waste another 45 minutes to try to get another technical person. This man Travis is a liar and doesn't care at all about the customer.
