  • Heavy steering
By Alexandru Vatamanu (I am an Owner) on Dec 14, 2021

Bought it used with 1000km. Has tracks attached. It shows the age: alloy differential casing is corroded/pitted, everything under carriage is rusted. Overall aspect is worn but still functional.

The good: it starts well, it performs like it should.

The concerning: unknown oil change on ...

The missing: no heat warmers; no EPS makes turning very hard with tracks.

Alternative deals: found a Hisun 550 Tactic with 200km for half the price of the Foreman. Upon checking online, that would have been a better deal overall. Also found Kawasaki Brute Force at similar price, but with 3000km mileage. For the extra power and similar reliability I consider Kawasaki a competitive offer.

Final thoughts: could have I gotten it cheaper? Yes. Does it perform so far as expected? Yes. Any regrets? I should have invested more time (3-6 months) to get the cheaper deal, in order to reinvest the money in parts and service for my atv. As it is now, this deal leaves me unprotected in case of a serious failure of the machine and only the Honda name stands between my fears and reality. Is a good name though it does not provide free service. When you get the cash-like I did, take your time and let a couple of deals to go by, in order to get used to the market.

  • Honda ATV 300
By Francis Matweecha (I am an Enthusiast) on Jun 09, 2021

I have had a HONDA ATV 300 4 wheel drive for 4 years. My son and I both enjoy riding our Honda. This ATV NEVER let us down or failed in any way (short of running out of gas) We changed the oil regularly

and kept our HONDA clean after riding. We did purchase a clear wind-

  • Amazing Machine
By Tim Nester (I am an Owner) on Mar 15, 2014

I purchased the 2014 primarily for snow removal and have been very impressed thus far. The ergonomics and feel of the Foreman have been improved for 2014 and the low end torque is quite impressive. The all new foreman was definitely designed with work in mind. With a MSRP of just over 7000.00 to ...
