I have the same problem of a 625 not running properly. It too started running rough and dying just around warranty time. I was told I had bad gas, but that was not the case. This is our third Gator and this rough running sputtering thing wouldn't come close to the first two. I thought it was a plug no thought it was exhaust, no.
