  • 2009 Polaris Sportsman 550 xp

Feels a lot bigger than it really is. Takes quit a bit of throttle to give over obstacles. Besides that, it's a great machine. Engine isn't as reliable as the 850. Be expected to rebuild the engine after 200 hours. Piston rings and valves are known to leak and burn oil. Does a great job though ...

I bought this quad for my wife (NEW).. The brakes had to be replace after 200 miles.. If she hit 20 mph once I'd be surprised. When I changed the brakes I noticed the ball joints had play in them. Brought it back to the dealer and the said the fixed them.. The fix lasted about a year, just in time ...

I have taken my Stealth Black 550 through allot of deep mud and water and it has not let me down. On the trails it also grabs the dirt and gives you a feeling of sureness. I owned a 2003 sportsman 500 before this and the ride and handling are completely different. At the end of a long hard ride ...

Rides awesome! "Did you feel a bump?" I ride it hard. The only thing is is the rear bumper is awful weak. I had to cut it off and put the rear brushgaurd on. It is not very strong. But it looks good. The dealer said that they are not a strong item to begin with. 50 dollars to replace the original. ...

Thats where I didn't think it could get much better fer comfort and all together good machine until!!!! I got ...
