2009 Polaris Sportsman® 800 EFI

I do a lot of archery big hunting in Colorado. I purchased my Polaris 800 Sportsman EFI for that purpose. It has literally been one of the most dependable and trusting piece of equipment I've ever purchased. I do my own Maintance on it once a year. Oil, grease top the levels off. I've had to replace ... the battery once and conducted a not needed spark plug change in 2019. I've used the winch to pull hogs, trees and a Yamaha out of a bog that I had no issues driving through. It's delivers power with a smooth punch and the breaking on it is amazing. It's a 12 year old Atm but runs and looks new. I've been extremely happy with my Polaris. It still runs 70mph on the highway :)

I have had my 800 for ten years now with just over 4000kms on it it has been great unit. A Great farm work horse and occasional bush ride, it has work wonders from pulling ten feet of crazy harrows to rounding up cattle. Also used for remote access to oil and gas leases in the back country and has ... never let me down.

Only issues I've had are broke front right axle. And the fuel gauge not longer reads correct value.

the day i bought my new atv it shut off and took it back and they said they had old gas . took it back home and died about an hour out in the woods. for two months and six trips to different dealership the atv still wont run for more than an hour.polaris just tells me that is what warranty is for ... when they dealership has put twice more miles on my atv than i have because they seem to cant get it right. when i it off the trailer, didnt even get to ride it in the garage. they have replaced more and adjusted more than i have time to get into. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!
