Poli great ride
By Kevin Skavhaug (I am an Owner)Purchased my 11 xp550 touring two years ago now and here's what I know now.1) Great ergos -- looks good, feels good, and fits great.2) The ride is top notch. The power steering is one of the top 2 things great thing ever done to a quad in my opinion.3) I love the extended length. Ride solo 99% ... of the time and the extra wheel base makes it a dream to ride up, down or anywhere in between. 4) Reliability has been outstanding..Not one issue in two years. 5) Power: not bad... its not the 850 but I dont need the extra... I plow big snow all winter, pull sprayers all summer, and ride merrily along alone at 45 mph happy as can be. 6) I did replace the tires with Growlers... wow! Couldnt be more satisfied with any machine as this one.Read More -
Nice Ride
By Kirk (I am an Enthusiast)I don't own one, but I've put a lot of miles on my dad's. It's a very comfortable riding quad with nice cushy suspension. EPS is great. Even with 2 people on it it steers effortlessly. Passenger seat is even comfortable. Good power, good throttle response. 4x4 works very well.As with most Polaris quads, ... it takes a lot of engine revs to get it moving, and there are some clunks that come from the transmission/driveline which is odd. I really don't like the ADC or decent control. Very finicky and sometimes scary when the tires nearly lock up going down hills. Polaris needs a "redo" with that. Overall it's a very good machine though. You have to take the negatives with the positives with any quad...Read More -
