  • Polaris needs to clearly redesign
By John zimmerman (I am an Owner) on Sep 07, 2017

First of all, the design is all wrong. The battery is low on the frame and has no shield to cover it or protect it from rocks or water!! The plastic is very thin and not fitting properly! The motor gets so hot on the right side, it burns your leg!The brakes are very hard to get at and fix! The muffler ...

  • 2014 Polaris 570 EFI PRO & CONs
By JP (I am an Owner) on Jan 01, 2016

I traded in my 500 sportsman and bought a brand new 2014 570 EFI Polaris. The power is substantially greater than the 500 being fuel injected there is less hesitation suspension seems relatively the same. The construction of the 2014 is shotty to say the least the seat does not fit properly there ...

  • atv problems
By trevor (I am an Owner) on Oct 19, 2015

after owning my new Polaris sportsman 570 for three days the timing key sheared in the motor. it was still under warranty thank the lord. but that's not it one week later the same problem happened again. I took it back very upset. asking if they could put a stronger one in and said they could not ...

Another problem is the axles on this thing. the Rear axles have popped out and have to be rebuilt. Once again its a super cheap factory part that they put in just so we the customer have to spend more money to fix the problem. Its been over a week for the Polaris shop to get back with me about the problem.

The other issue I have is with the front lid for the cargo box. It was poorly built with plastic hinges and plastic bolts for to secure it. The problem with this was I was riding in a pastor and the lid popped open and the factory plastic bolts broke. SO all I have to say for this 2014 Polaris sportsman 570 is poorly made by the factory.

wishing I bought a different brand of atv

  • Yeah, power like you wouldn't believe.
By Josh (I am an Owner) on Dec 17, 2014

Everything perfect no cons at all. Purchased new.. could pull a house off its foundation and across the yard in low gear AWD. Dealer was great too. Headlights are very great coverage on low beam like a stadium light set on front :) also worth noting.. downhill engine braking going slow makes the ...
