I went to this dealer to buy a used motorcycle that was a rental it was priced originally at the price if a new bike. I had made a deal with my sales man Brad. Which didn't pan out cause I was trading in a vehicle to purchase the bikeand they didn't want to give me what I wanted on trade in. Well ... I shook hands with my salesman with no hard feelings. While shaking my hand he tells me that they would uphold the deal if I sold my vehicle and came back. So I dididn't within 2 weeks. I returned right away and reminded them of the deal and my salesman brushes it off. He goes to the finance manager and works a deal that is over 2000 dollars more than the original deal and then back pedals on it being a one-time offer, or that I was never approved, there was no such deal. Pretty much trying to make me look bad. What kind of dealership does this. And what kind of person shakes your hand and gives you his word the tries to make you look bad and lie about everything. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Cycle City has the most beautiful showroom and facilities in the state! The salespeople's knowledge is about average with less than average help with sales and support. With other dealers only minutes away it is very easy to find much better pricing from others around (especially Harley's), but ... I suppose you have to pay for the facilities and mini motorcycle museum somehow.

I bought a brand new Harley Sportster from thisdealership and everything was perfect. My salesman Tony Burris did a very professional job and even wrote me an insurance policy that beat all of fmy quotes. Nice large inventory, beautiful showroom. If you want to buy a motorcycle this is the place ... to go.
