Purchased a new yamaha Grizzly from another dealer from northwest Arkansas, during my ride in. Enteral Arkansas my wheeler broke down. I took it to the closest Yamaha dealer this being Duncan due to be staying with my parents in conway. After two days at Duncan's I inquire about my atv, the shop ... said that the owner needed to talk to me!!! What??? I just dropped it off for a simple warranty fix!! Well, I walked in and there sat mr Duncan stating that he wouldn't fix my atv due to me not purchasing it from him!!! WTF??? Really??? That's why I will never buy or have anything repaired at Duncan Outdoors

I bought a 2012 War Eagle boat from Duncan's in Conway. I also own several ATV's that were purchased out of state and/or used, as well as a Kawasaki ATV that I puchased from Duncan's used. I had an issue with the Kawasaki ATV a year or so after I had bought it, so I headed over to visit the service ... department to ask a question. They advised me of the possibilities and mentioned that they'd be happy to look at it if I did not feel comfortable. And that is the case, I did not feel comfortable trying to do it myself. So I hauled it in to the dealer and spoke with the service department again and they remembered my problem (several weeks have passed) and mentioned that the service department was busy that time of year, but they would look at it as soon as they possibly could. They did advise me of the backlog, and although it was a minor inconvenience, I agreed to leave it. A few days later I get a call saying it was fixed. When I dropped it off, I asked them to call if it was expensive. So I ran back over there with the trailer and found out that it was a $34 repair-parts and labor and tax all combined. The tech showed me exactly where the problem was and what was done to fix it. The personalized service I got was outstanding.
It appears to me that the dealership is quite small for the volume of sales and service that I saw while I was there, however, I don't work there so I don't know. Maybe that was just a particularly busy day. There have been people who have said they weren't happy, and I know that if a business has enough volume, that not everyone is going to be happy. I was not one of the unhappy customers. I've always enjoyed the service that I've gotten on the personal level. Will definitely do business with them again.

My dirt bike broke down so I took it to the dealership then I took it back to my house then it didn't even start and that was the problem before it didn't start. So I am very mad with them and have got permission to sue for 20000$ or a new YZ 250cc.
