G & S Suzuki

On November 18th 2013 930 am I called G&S Cycle and asked them if they could work on my arctic cat 400. They said sure we can. I load up drive 25miles. Go into the building, fill out the paper work and they direct me to unload on the back of the store front. So I do and they meet me at the gate to ... tell me "our mechanic is throwing a fit because he has to work on an Arctic Cat quad". I'd be ashamed to have this kind of customer service. I ask 3 times if they are joking and they are dead serious. I wouldn't refer anybody to this "business" ... Out of all this, I was only needing a gasket put on an external water pump and a water pump housing(4 bolts)....
