I have a 2003 Honda Recon that does not have spark, that was bought new there. I thought this should be an easy one for them. But their policy is not to work on any unit that is over 10 years. They said that they did looked at it but did not fix it. Luckily they did not charge me . So I took it back home and see if Meyers in Percy will work on it. I just think it it is poor that they will not work on what they sold after 10 years, or they do not have the knowledge to fix older 4-wheelers.

Someone below said it all... Typical car dealer mentality. On a rainy day drove out to look and purchased a used 4-wheeler. Because it was rainy and my poor judgment I know now, I didn't drive the bike. I knew better but being a 2013 model and extremely clean with new condition tires and no undercarriage marks, I felt comfortable making the deal. Oh man did I get a deal. Got it home and since rain stopped drove up and down the street a few times to notice the more I drove, the more smoke from exhaust to the point it looks like a bug fogger machine. Pulled air cleaner, checked and then changed oil twice replaced the plug that was fouled and no change but worse as I got hot. Smoke is oil so rings/valves??? Called dealership who said it was an AS IS sale and no warranty or other option for me. Asked for manager to phone me and still have not heard from anyone. I got HOSED at this dealer and there is No way they didn't know it. Would not recommend dealers that don't stand behind their sale especially when it is the same day. FYI. The ink was still fresh on their papers when I called them 3 hrs after I left. Life lesson to me I suppose. What a shameful way to do business. Not sure why how they justify the bad publicity over the couple grand but whatever. I'm just getting started.

Drove out to there dealership to check out the canam commander 800xt, Morgan C was my salesperson, he was very knowledgable with the whole unit, I told him I was still looking at all brands and options. Went back out that Saturday with my wife, he explained everything again let her drive it , we loved it, but we were on the fence between the canam or the kawaski treyx . I spoke with Morgan a couple of times , he gave me his final offer which was fair.
I really wished they carried Polaris utv, sorry to say that what it finally came down to.
I called Morgan and explained what I bought, he was very thankful and to keep him in mind if I or someone needed a utv or atv .
I would recommend this dealership , and please ask for Morgan C, great young man, and he really knows his vehicles .
Just a note, it was a 2 hour round trip to there dealership both times-worth the drive

I went there to buy a new Honda 4 wheeler, I asked the salesman "how much the price of the 4 wheeler I wanted was" and he asked "how much I wanted to spend." I asked "him that I just wanted to know the price," but he asked "how long I wanted to make payments." I asked again "what the bottom price was," and he said "it depends on the payments and the amount of time of the loan." After that I told him "I was done as all I want right then was what the price was of the bike nothing more."

Great guys. Drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. They answered all my questions and had the best price in three states.

Beware of this Dealer-ships TACTICS!

Sales person told me I would get "X" amount on my trade-in for a motorcycle. Made the deal over the phone sent pics, etc of bike. Double checked again on the deal before going to the dealer ship and the sales person advised me again that we would give you "X" on trade.

So I showed up at the dealership only to find out that they low-balled me from the "X" amount down five hundred dollars! Being a reasonable person I said I could do two hundred off but not five hundred?

Long story short: Don't fall for their gimmicks to get you in to their dealership to buy a motorcycle. Typically car dealership sales crap! (then I noticed that they are a car dealership)
