I would say just overall un happy with the experiences from that entire store. Their prices are out of this world for the smallest of things. Their level of communication between departments is pathetic, they don't work as a team. It is as if sales , parts, and service are 3 separate companies that ... are certainly not competing. I bought tires from them....huge mistake, and the parts team had no clue how much service was going to charge to put them on. Well to make a long story short 125 per tire bought 4, that's $500 in just rubber then I am putting one pair on two different quads, that's apparently 35 a tire . so 140 . so add that to the 500, with taxes .... almost 700.00 for four quad tires! That's what one would pay for a mid size sedans tires, except they throw in mounting and balancing for free and use a balancer and thinks like lasers to ensure alignment...this shop is using a crow bar and an air compressor and charging the same amount. hahaha. Lets just say I will try and stay away from these guys if possible in the future.

Look at the dealer neotrwk for availability of service and repairs. No good to have a 1 or 2 year warranty if you don't have a nearby service facility. Check into parts availability. What is the companies history? Are they new to the scene and have no track record of dependability? I would suggest ... staying with major manufacturers such as those that you mentioned.
