650 OUTLANDERBOYZZ
By Robert Quesnel (I am an Enthusiast) on Feb 08, 2010This is my fist BRP. I have owned a honda, suzuki two CATS and now my outty. A totally different feel in all aspects. I love this quad. Tons of house pulling power, a super smooth ride and a surprizingly great 4 wheel drive visco lock system that is effortless to steer when engaged. You don't even ... know its working! Spend a little extra and get the XT package and get all the factory add ons like sport rims and great tires the winch with remote control hand guards and so on. Be sure if you buy only one thing for this bike you get the aluminum frame skid plates to protect the spar frame. Its the best money you will spend for peice of mind.
I bought the 650 xt max two up riding for my wife and i and you don't even know that there is a rider behind you on this bike!!!

Canamadian
By Dan Shaw (I am an Owner) on Jan 17, 2010Have a few thousand miles on my 650, and it's been great, other than a warning light sometimes coming on during winch useage, and no secondary starting apparatus.
Tons of power, rides great, and looks awesome.
For tires, I do not recommend Mud Lites, though, Aluminum skid plates are ... a necessity, also, as the suspension has a mile of travel.

650 Can-Am XT
By s.r (I am an Owner) on May 10, 2009Lots of power. Looks sharp as heck. Visio works well although Polaris still has the edge on 4X4. Have owned 2002 500CC HO Polaris and 2006 500cc honda Rubicon. Also owned smaller bore bikes. The Honda was boring with little top end power and no speed. I'd go for the Polaris 500 if you have to ... cheap out. If you can though, get the 650 Can am .. or the 800. Great bike. Transmission takes getting used to, grippy and shakey. But you'll like it..

purchased a 2009 650 XT Outlander this summer.
By Frank Beaulieu (I am an Owner) on Feb 17, 2009The 650 has enough power to put most 700s to shame.Once you ride a v-twin its hard to go back.I've put on lots of brutal miles on cutlines, bogs, rocks and trails, sofar so good. The front suspenion isn't as forgiving as the older 400s but its more responsive. The 09s have a plastic skidplate to protect ... the frame which is a welcome edition. Its agreat machine for work and play,I give it a 4 out of 5 because I don't give 5s to anybodyI use it year round.Regards Frank from the north
