Had unexpected breakdown with my 2005 rocket iii and contacted head mechanic Bob Davis, to save my riding season.. He said they were busy but wait 2 weeks and he could repair it...30 days later with repeated attempts to contact him, nothing? I bought new rocket to keep riding from another dealer..I ... call dealer to find out if he still works there and YES..Still there but to busy to clear up whats going on?

I think they are a truly honest dealership but don't try do go thru there head mechanic, just contact service department and they will tell him what to do!

Excellent service at a fair price - which is about half of the other local dealers. These guys are the real deal - knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and most importantly, honest. I had my forks rebuilt and had all fluids changed on my Honda VTX 1800. They had the job done when they said they would ... and the cost was a few bucks under their estimate - again about half the cost of the dealers in Lakeville / Apple Valley and St. Paul or Hopkins. This is my first time with this shop and even though they're nearly 40 miles from my house, they're well worth the trip. Highly recommend.
