I read the review that Mr. Goodfellow wrote and while I appreciate the unvarnished opinion, there are parts of the review that simply aren't accurate. Mr. Goodfellow was given a price, he just wasn't satisfied with it. He had asked if we could match a price from another state and we stated we could ... not. He remarked that he was hung up on but that isn't accurate either. There was a disconnection but not from our end. We were under the assumption that Mr. Goodfellow wasn't satisfied with the price we quoted him and hung up. We weren't going to call him back to escalate the situation.
Berglund Outdoors makes great strides everyday to provide exemplary customer service. We have over 45 years in this business, an amazing feat that wouldn't be possible without outstanding customer service. We also take great pride in being able to offer great prices to our customers. Sure, sometimes we miss the mark, but we don't hang up on our customers and we always provide prices, even if they are retail, the price is always given.
We are glad that Mr. Goodfellow found what he was looking for. It is a shame that he had to drive to another state to get it but sometimes that happens. We wish you years of enjoyment out of your new Polaris atv. Good day.

Sales person verbally promised a price. When pressed he unable to give it fair enough so when I enquired what the price that he could offer the salesman Chris hung up on me. Great customer service, I think not and if I was Chris's boss I would have a number of questions to ask. lastly this kind ... of treatment is crazy will I ever recommend or buy from a company who's sales people act like this so what will the customer support be like in the future. I was a cash buyer too.
