I found a motorcycle for sale online, and called the dealership to see if they still had it in stock. They did, so I went to Georgetown, TX to see it. I made an appointment with the salesman I talked to on the phone for the following day. Robert, the salesman, was extremely helpful. Everybody ... at that dealership was very kind, and asked if there was anything I needed to let them know so they could help. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anybody, and everybody.

I recently bought a new seadoo spark from this dealership. I was very clear about what I NEEDED. I have a 14 year old and a 6 year old so I had to have a 3up or one that could tow a tube. So that I would not have to leave my 6 year old behind if I took my daughter to ride. I brought a certain amount ... if money w me as I wanted to pay cash. He assured me over and over the 2up would work fine for what I needed. Several hours of telling me that was all I needed. We'll as soon as I got it out to the lake and started to tie the tube on, several guys came over and explained my ski wasn't powerful enough to tow a tube. So we got out my owners manual and sure enough it is clear, the 3up is the one that can tow, NOT the 2up. Been trying to get the dealership to fix their mistake for weeks now and have been ignored completely. He sold me a jet ski and promised it would do something that it DOES NOT DO!!!!!! Now it's been sitting in my garage all summer while I'm trying to get this fixed. NO SINGLE WOMAN SHOULD EVER GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING! They told me whatever they needed to get all the cash I had brought and get me out the door.... I have text messages galore of the salesman telling me he was sorry and it was his fault and he promised to make it right. He also gave the excuse that this was the first year seadoo made these and he was sorry they didn't know everything about them yet. That's your job dude!!!! I definetly don't know anything about then nor did I get the owners manual until after I was the owner... If anyone knows how I am suppose to handle his, please let me know. Thank you, dawn
