Advised me that previous repairs by another local business were not done correctly, but refused to put his findings in writing. Apparently did not feel "warm and fuzzy" about providing any documentation to assist me in small claims court against the responsible party. However, had no qualms about ... accepting payment for the diagnosis but was reluctant to give me a receipt when requested.
