Dothan Powersports

Incident at Dothan Power Sports on Oct 7th at 11am.

I was there to get a warranty replacement for a battery that had crystallized and shorted after 5 months and 10 days of use. The service manager had excuse after excuse saying the failure was MY FAULT? Then this verbal exchange occurred:

As ... he was walking away from me he said, “I’ve had enough of this crap”; referring to what I was saying as “crap”.

I said, “There is no reason for cursing.

Where upon he pointed his finger at me and said, “YOU’RE A LIAR”.

I will not give Dothan Power Sports my business again or recommend them to anyone as long as that kind of customer relations is allowed.

Atv and utv prices are much higher than other dealers. Salesmen are very helpful and parts dept is excellent. Don't know anyone who has had a good experience dealing with service manager.
