Absolutely the worst parts/customer service of any type of retailer I've been to in my 59 years. The guy working there may be part owner, but older than me, grumpy, grouchy, ignorant, not helpful.
He's downright rude, dismissive, slow, poor listener, has antiquated computer. Spent an hour ... there while he took two customers before me who came in after me!! He spent 20 minutes on the phone and the guy on the phone did not order anything. I was going to order a couple hundred dollars in parts but I'm shopping online elsewhere!!!
