New to the area and brought my bike in for a clutch repair. Told the service technician that the oil, clutch plates, discs, and springs were completely new. Was told no problem and they would take a look. Picked up the bike 4 hours later and was told the repair was extremely simple and quick, the ... plunger on the lever was misaligned. Clutch worked great. Shocked that the bill was over 200 dollars. I got the bike home and notice engine oil everywhere. Drain plugs were not tight, nor was the skid plate removed for an oil change that wasn't even required. Very shoddy work and there was zero explanation of the work performed and the subsequent charges. I haven't been to a motorcycle dealership in almost a decade. Experiences like these confirm why. I will not be back.

We got a pit pass for or new machine and have had it in the shop for running issues ,we just had it back yesterday it wasn't fixed.We was looking a buy a new rig this winter and we won't be buying for them . Their manger in the garge thinks it funny to tell people their they don't have a manger ... and the store manger don't have a clue .Who ever owns this place need a new grew their because they just lost us. We fill we spent 1,500.00 for nothing
