I wish I had these reviews before purchasing my polaris ranger from gables. The sales team was great only a minor complaint in that he thought a 3500 was the largest winch they used which was incorrect they had a 4500 but it worked still for my purpose. After the purchase I had to wait a couple of ... days for the accessories to be installed. In typical gables fashion they ordered the wrong parts. So after the part arrives they realized they forgot to order the spaces for the tires. The salesman finally delivered and after a quick walk through he left. My mistake was not testing everything before he left. On the first snow fall I head out to plow and low and behold my winch cable isn't working. Redoing the the connection was easy and at this point I thought I'd unspool the cable and ensure that was in working order. At this point it's not surprising that the top layer of wire looked great however after about ten feet the wire was frayed and kinked in several places. Probably just a bad wire I thought. It still worked fine lifting and lowering the plow so off I go until I hit the brakes and the pedal has no effect. Upset I headed over to gables be was unfortunate enough to speak with a manager who said nothing could be wrong with the winch he watched them install it. I don't know many managers that oversee simple installations but with the appearent lack of quality I now see why he may have. Next the discussion turned toward the brakes. He asked what they were doing and I told him not stopping, simple right? The question was asked repeatily by him with the same answer until I lost my temper. The general manager agreed to pick my ranger up the next day, to take a look at it. Later I decided to upgrade my winch cable knowing it would be at my expense and called to ask what was the max diameter of a line I could use. I spoke to the service manager again and he didn't know the answer and it was late in the day and he said her call back. Well the next day comes and gables never shows up or bothers calling. Two months later the cv shaft ruptures and I call to have it serviced. The first person placed me on hold and transferred me to the general manager the same guy that said he calland pick up the the next day. When I asked about he told me I was wrong and it never happened. Obviously I was angry even more so when he hung up on me. Save the pain it's worth the drive to albany. The customer service is garbage.

Return my atv shortly after purchasing it and they replaced the belt. Month later they put new belt in atv and turns out neither belt is the one dealer calls for. Charge me for putting second belt in machine and tells me they do it all the time and the reason belt only last 30days is riders error. ... Not a real warm fuzzy fealing dealing with this dealership. Now have my atv with another wrong belt in it they i paid for and hoping it last.
