While riding my KTM 1290 super adventure from central Mexico to Big Bend National Park, I had fuel pump problems. Anyone riding long distances know how volnerable and in many cases helpless you feel without your tools and access to needed parts. My wife and I barely made it to the KTM dealer in ... Odessa TX. The head of maintainance at GOLDEN CYCLES, BRANDON, Immidiatly put the bike on the diagnostic computer and also tie wrapped a flow meter to the bike while he took it for a ride. They overnighted a new fuel pump and installed it the next day at a reasonable rate. My wife and I road to San Angelo the next day and we were surprised to get a phone call from Brandon, to find out how the bike was running. It is rare in this day and age to find such great service with such a caring and super competent technician. Keep up the great work. Neil Katzman
