I have purchaed three Polaris ATV's in the last 10 years and my purchase from Gregory Polaris was by far the most pleasant. In addition, the customer service is much better than that of the competion. Labar rates are competitive and you will receive nothing less than quality work.

As a small business owner myself, I consider it unacceptable to have a problem with new equipment within 2 weeks of purchase and blame your customer for what was obviously an errant factory or dealer setting! With less than 8 hours of usage and all but babying our new Razr, the belt broke. The ... gear shift was extremely tight when we drove it off the lot, but just like magic when the new belt was put on it shifts as one would expect. (By the way, when we mentioned the tight shifting at purchase, we were told that was normal.)
All the owner could say is Polaris won't cover a belt under warranty. Maybe not, but as the owner you have a choice, stand behind your product or blame your customer. You were given every opportunity to make this situation right and you made your choice....no offer to split the difference, reduce your labor charge, nothing...just a flat "I'm sorry you're upset but there's nothing I can do". So, I wouldn't buy so much as a helmet from Gregory Polaris after this experience!! And, I will be sure that EVERYONE I know hears this story. Shame on you!
