Well, it all started when i called rohmells Harley Davidson of seaford De. I called at 10:15 am and talked to the parts department for a flexline inside the tank of a 06 elctraglide. The guy at the counter didnt even know what i was talking about. He asked if he could call me back, which was fine. ... I waited 2 hours, no call back so i popped over to the dealership. Again, guy at the counter didnt have a clue. He finally found it after i had to direct him on the computer to it. I was told it wasnt in stock but they could order it and it would take 9 to 11 days to receive. I really found it hard to beleive because the flexline is notorious for rubbing the fuelpump assembly. I wasnt going to wait that kinda time when i could order it online and have it in 2 days. I left, had some lunch and thought, let me give STEVEN BAKER A CALL AT BLUE COLLAR CYCLES. In Selbyville De. Steven explained that he had both of the flexlines that went in the tank andhe had them in stock. I told him that i was on my way. I picked the parts up and went home to install them. NO ISSUES WITH BLUE COLLAR AT ALL. After installi beleive, because of leaking flexline that the fuelpump was weak. So again i called seaford Harley Davidson to get a fuel pump. JAMES he said his name was. I was on the phone with this moron for 45 mins and he still had no clue on how to look up a fuelpump for an 06 electraglide. He finally said, LET ME CALL YOU BACK. By this time, the dealer was due to close 5 mins.WHAT A JOKE! We ended up hanging up on eachother.GUESS WHO IS GETTIN A CALL IN THE MORNING TO SEE IF THEY STOCK THE FUELPUMP. YEP You guessed it BLUE COLLAR CYCLES. STEVEN,Keep up the great work. And in short, The seaford de Harley dealership building would b a great place to put a motorcycle dealership because what they have now is like watching paint dry. They should really do better screening when hireing people that dont know a motorcycle from a TRICYCLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This wasnt the first issue i had with them but i can GUARANTEE, It will be my last.

Tire, to whom it concerns, I came to your store and presented a tire with a nail stuck in it. And my extended warranty card to service agent, .I told him it was a issurance claim. He new it was a insurance claim. He started working on my problem towards the tire. And he stated it had 3/32nds . To ... me and the insurance agent. He replaced the tire. Than came to me with a dispute. If there was a dispute about the insurance coverage. The time to handle that was before any work was done. As it is the work was oked by me with the understanding that it was covered under warranty in good faith. I do not feel obligated beyond that. How ever I will pay$200 to final this issue. Please reply.. Thanks .Richard
