When I walk into an establishment I would expect someone at least say hello. I have been in this shop with the intend to fully buy and have waited a full hour and half and not one person has come up to me how are, may I help you or anything. I am a manager and I can't imagine my employee's not ... putting their customers needs first.. This is not the first time I have been in your shop with the same results.. Unforfortunately you lost a sale.
