Spent $2600 for Polaris electric windows for my ranger only to learn they had been installed on another ranger and several parts were missing even though we asked about the contents and were assured we had everything. Six hour round trip to the dealer started excited to get our new doors and to start ... using our new 2015 hunter deluxe. Turned nightmare upon arriving home and immediately noticing we didn't have the cab insulation kit. We had one lower door hinge that was attached to the door the other was missing. All hinges and latch hardware missing. So they sent a guy over with a bunch of wrong parts taken from a different door. Then another trip with more wrong parts. I also purchased a windshield wiper they didn't have in stock but said they'd ship on Thursday finially went out yesterday some 4 days late. I paid full retail and the owner offered me a hundred bucks. There are allot of really good knowledgable Polaris dealers out there. I-5 is not one of they. Ive even asked for the Polaris reps contact info and am still waiting. To many frustrations and fitment issues and when an everyday consumer knows more about the product then a dealer it's just not acceptable. I could have had the doors in 4 days online but I didn't want to wait. Having cancer a second time makes everyday important.

Drove a long way to get there, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. we may make a deal yet, If they can shave a little more off the price.
