Bad is a severe understatement. The guy here yelled at us and called us idiots and several other insulting names and then even cussed us in front of the 4 children with us. We were late returning the Jeep we rented and had no problem paying the late fees, but the way we were treated was despicable. ... (did I mention that the late fees were over $200?)
