This was the worst experience I have even had at a dealership. I did end up making a purchase because the model I wanted had to be ordered and they are the closest dealer to where I live by far but I will never go back. The day I went in and got approved for financing it took 30 minutes to actually ... find a sales person and once I did I was treated like I had the Plague until my credit was approved and then even once it was I was told the 2017 model advertised on their website was not available. I was also told that the model I wanted did not qualify for the high rebates being advertised (of course) and they really could not have cared less if I bought it or not. It's very likely I will be buying another one next year for my wife and I will not consider setting foot here.

Hard to find a salesperson, and they really don't seem to care if you buy from them or not. Sadly, even though I am a customer, they are simply a lousy dealership. Customer service is pretty much nil here.

As an avid mountain rider, I have been working hard to promote ethical mountain riding in the east and ride in the west also. I am on a first name basis with the staff having bought a lot of parts, service, and unit sales. I went in to spring check a 2015 T3 174" Summit. You would have thought ... I had 3 heads the way they acted. They demanded I give them $1500 instead of the $500 deposit which is BRP policy and treated me like they had never seen me before, after spending $18,000.00 there in the past 3 years. I encourage my reader to just observe the facts here. I live only 6 miles from them and wanted to support them and have them support our organization. They could have cared less. Their labor rates are too high. They are not sled people, dont think outside the box, and I am taking my business elsewhere.
PS. Little did they know I had a blank check in my pocket and was about to pay for the whole machine outright then and there....they lost a $14,000.oo sale and the cool factor of having one of the only 174 T3 Summits brought into VT this year.

I stopped by this shop on 4 different occasions. After walking around for 15 minutes with no one insight for assistance i went to the parts counter. I stood there 5 minutes listening to employees talking about drinking and partying. Finally I interrupted this group of 5 people and asked for a salesperson. ... To my surprise they laughed and said "good luck finding one!!" This was my experience each time I went in.
Sadly I have spoken with many friends who experienced the same issues there. The worst part is, I have purchased five machines over the years from them, but never again!!!
Finally I went to Roadside Marine in Williston and purchased three motorcycles for my family.

There are great dealerships out there, and this isn't one of them! Lot of complaints and no one pays any attention to the problems. This dealer really takes advantage of people. They have totally been dishonest with me.
There are good dealerships to do business with. I for one have learned ... the hard way.

The worst experience in a dealership of my life. You wouldn't believe if I told you. Most importantly they are the most dishonest people and have complete no sense of customer satisfaction.
