When I walk in I feel that they truly appreciate me being there. Never had any issues - would recommend to everyone - only downside if you go in when they are busy, you might have a short wait but it's worth it!

My father and I both have been customers at Liberty and I have never had any type of problem whatsoever. In fact, the parts and service guys have been really helpful with anything I have needed. We are restoring a 79 yamahog 650 and even their mechanic has been great to work with! Not sure why ... the other guy put a bad review, but it doesnt fit with what I know to be true.

I normally don't write reviews but I ran across one here that the guys at LCC were rude and he wouldn't go back. I've been a customer there for many years and have great service - not sure what went wrong but I bet if you contact Jeff the owner he would make it right.
