LIARS!! CON ARTISTS!! RUDE!! STAY AWAY!!

THE WHOLE FAMILY/ STAFF that work there are extremely difficult to deal with. They are unfair , unreliable and do not conduct themselves in a professional way. They are hot headed "boys".

The only reason they are still in business is from ripping ... people off, over charging , and because they are one of the only " motor sports " retailers around, in an old building that is dirt cheap in Lindenwold, NJ.

All of their products are NON RETURNABLE- non refundable and non exchangeable. We were coerced to purchase a "buggy" for our 9 & 14 yr. old by Kenny.

This is an adult product. It clearly states 26 and up on the operator manual, wich we never received. It is unsafe and difficult to ride. It needs a trailer and can not be stored efficiently. Within hours we regretted our purchase. We we never given or never signed a receipt or a contract! They made fraudulent "swipes " / transactions on our credit card over 48 hours after the purchase! The children are too small and will get hurt. By the way, my children heard their swearing and made comments on how weird and awkward their staff was. We tried talking to everyone there in a professional way to try and resolve the issue.

They talk over top of you , do not show you respect and have no customers service values. Stay away from mini trails !! Find another dealer!! You will not be happy !! Believe me!! I wish I read these reviews before I entered this place!! Others share my experience!! Read more reviews!! Over 40 years of unhappy customers!! This is a 5 star circus - not 5 star service. Everyone states their too busy at the time to help , but there is never anyone there!!

This guy is the WORST. STAY AWAY. WHAT A RIP OFF. We took our moped in for service told him what we felt was wrong with it. Went back three days later only to be told that is was $60.00 and now the bike doesn't run. Kenny is rude and ignorant. He lied about everything and when we caught him ... in the lies he got mad. I would drive to forked river before I would go back to him again. Seems Kenny has a very poor reputation anyone I spoke to would say go anywhere but mini trails

They were rude and sarcastic and treated me and my family inappropriately. Called my daughter a liar.
