My son purchased a used chinese scooter from Moto Virginia in the fall 2012 and has had nothing but problems with it since the purchase. The owner of the shop didn't disclose at the time that this brand of scooter was unreliable and undependable, but was happy to take our $800. Since then, he has ... repaired it several times, but it still continues to not run on a regular basis. He has refused to accept the bike back and apply some of the $800 towards another better vehicle. He has stated that Chinese scooters are not good, but failed to mention that before we purchase this bike. Beware of this dealer, and I suppose chinese scooters.
